Back to Fitness will be moving to Purley
It looks like 2022 is the year for change!🎉🎉
I am very excited to announce that Back to Fitness Sports Therapy will now be continuing its journey just down the road in Purley!
The official moving date is 4th April 2022 for the new premises.
I will be continuing my treatments in Warlingham until then, with my last treatment date being the 2nd April, then a quick turn around on the weekend ready to open in Purley on the Monday.
Back to fitness sports therapy has been up and running for nearly 3 years now, based at the Crossfit Devils Path site in Warlingham, so I’m very glad we will be continuing our journey’s together at the new site. It’ll be sad to say goodbye to the place but sometimes these things happen for a reason, and I’m looking forward to seeing what this new place brings💪🏼..
The new premises will actually be a lot better in regards to what I can provide you guys. With a bigger space, I’ll have a rehab area that we can perfect your exercises to ensure you are smashing your goals, and getting you back to fitness!

Backstory as to why we are moving:
A couple of months ago Wayne & Crossfit DP were handed their notice to leave their home of 10 years. It has been heart breaking for the whole team. Unfortunately the old landlord sold the site on without informing any of the businesses and the new owners have served all companies notice, giving us a few months to vacate.
There really are no words to describe how I felt on receiving the news, for both my company and Wayne's. We have all worked so hard throughout the pandemic and the last few years to continue providing a great service despite the challenges, and now we have to leave the place we called home.
It’s been a stressful few months to say the least, trying to figure out what the best course of action is for my business and for my clients, with very limited options for a clinic space that matches what I would like to provide from a clinic within Warlingham, so we’ve decided to move a couple of miles down the road to Purley.
For all of my clients, thank you for continuing to support me and I hope for the majority of you, this will be another exciting (and of course painful) chapter alongside me and the business. We’ll embrace the change together 🤍
