What to expect from your treatment?
Within your session, we will discuss your reason for attending and what you want to achieve from the treatment. An assessment will be used to identify any underlying issues as well as any weaknesses/imbalances that may be contributing to or even causing your symptoms. Your treatment will consist of a variety of manual therapy techniques, which will be dependent on your specific symptoms at the time of assessment to give you the best treatment outcome, rather than a one treatment works for all scenario. This may include rehabilitation exercises to release and strengthen the body, to help prevent the problem from reoccurring in the future.
If you book in for a sports massage and we think you could benefit from other manual therapy techniques during the session, this will be discussed and once agreed, other modalities will be used alongside the sports massage to optimise your results.
Treatment durations consist of 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute sessions. When booking your first session we usually suggest a 60-minute session or at a minimum 45-minutes, as this will ensure we have enough time to cover your subjective history, as well as a full assessment and treatment.

“Firstly I saw Lauren with a knee and ankle issue.
I received great treatment over the sessions and exercises as a follow up. I now see Alex for a maintenance program with my back.
Both ladies are so friendly and experts in their field.
Highly recommend them both.”
