Lauren Holt
Owner & Lead Sports Therapist
I graduated from Chichester University in 2017, with a BSc in Sports Therapy. I have since practiced as a Graduate Sports Therapist within the surrounding areas and have come across a vast number or sporting and work related injuries.
I love what I do, especially if I can get someone back moving pain free so they can enjoy their training, get out gardening, or being able to run around with their kids without having to stop and sit out due to debilitating pain.
I really enjoy my training, I find it helps me switch off from daily stressors and I love finding new rural walks around Warlingham and the surrounding areas, so if you have any recommendations, I’d love to hear them.
We deal with a vast number of injuries and individuals. So if you’re not sure whether or not we can help with you, please get in contact and we can discuss this further. Remember you don’t have to put up with chronic pain.
Alex Orsi
Sports Massage Therapist
I gained my Diploma Level 3 Sports massage at Richdale Institute in 2019. I have since put my learning into practice, building alot of experience working in the French Alps treating Sporting Athletes to everyday tourists.
I found that Hot Stone Massage was a great addition to my practice, adding an element of recovery to people's sporting and daily activities, as the heat can really work deep into the muscles.
I find it very rewarding in the knowledge that I've helped people to get back to the things that they enjoy doing day to day and their active lives.
I enjoy getting stuck into a good series, aswell as going out socialising with friends. I love to travel, especially when visiting my love ones in France.
Jana Cívelová
Sports Rehabilitator
I feel I bring a unique blend of expertise to the clinic with a BSc Hons in Strength & Conditioning Science and an MSc in Sport Rehabilitation.
I combine my skills as a Graduate Sport Rehabilitator, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and CrossFit coach to deliver tailored rehabilitation programmes and functional movement coaching.
My goal is to help clients—from athletes to active individuals—recover efficiently and reach their performance potential through evidence-based treatments and personalised exercise plans. With a practical, hands-on approach and a commitment to long-term health, I make recovery both effective and empowering.
I can often be found coaching CrossFit classes and pushing my own limits in training, always driven to improve and stay on top of my game. I share my adventures with my dog, Donald, who’s a loyal walking companion, and I love exploring new places through my travels. I'm also passionate about continuous learning and can’t wait to dive into upcoming CPD courses, adding to my skill set and always evolving in my field.
