FAQs
Do you offer full-body sports massage?
I offer general sports massage treatments as well as injury treatments. A number of my clients will ask for a “full body massage”, however, for a 60-minute session I would usually suggest focusing on a few specific areas that are in need, especially if you are someone that has a lot of muscle tightness.
A few examples of what I’d include within a 60-minute sports massage session would be; a full back sports massage, including upper, mid and lower back release; legs and lower back sports massage; or a full leg sports massage.
Otherwise, a 45-minute or 60-minute session is not sufficient enough to release all muscles off effectively, so I would rather focus on the most needed areas rather than a general flush out.
If you are interested in a full body sports massage, I’d suggest booking in for a 90-minute session for the best treatment outcome.
